Every Born Under Saturn reading is written by hand for one person, from that person’s birth data. Once work has begun it cannot be resold or reused. This page explains what happens if you change your mind or if something goes wrong.
Cancelling before work begins
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund until work on your reading has started. The date on which work on your reading begins is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. To cancel, write to [email protected] with your order number before that date.
After work has begun
Once work on your reading has started, no refund is available, because the reading is being prepared exclusively for you. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, see the section below.
Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. At checkout you expressly ask us to begin your reading straight away and confirm that you understand that you lose your right of withdrawal once the reading has been fully delivered. If you withdraw after we have started but before delivery, you will pay an amount proportionate to the work already carried out, which may be the full price if the reading is complete.

Late delivery
If your reading is delayed by more than 15 days beyond the date shown at checkout for reasons on our side, you can cancel and receive a full refund, even if work has already begun. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you are not covered.
Errors on our side
If your reading contains an error on our side, for example it was prepared with data different from the data you entered, please tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will correct it free of charge. If a correction is not possible, we will refund you in full.
Errors in the data you provided
Readings prepared on the basis of incorrect or incomplete data provided by you cannot be refunded or rewritten free of charge.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made through Stripe to the payment method used for the order, within 14 days of receiving your request. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear on your statement.
