1. Who we are
Born Under Saturn (bornundersaturn.com) is operated by Deborah Rossetto, sole trader, Belgravia Court, Tower Road, SLM1601, Sliema, Malta. VAT number: 26329634. Contact: [email protected].
These Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of personalized astrology readings through Born Under Saturn. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please also read our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
2. What we sell
Born Under Saturn offers personalized written astrology readings, individually prepared by Deborah Rossetto or members of the Born Under Saturn astrology team, following the project’s interpretative approach and editorial standards.
The available readings are:
- One Question Astrology Reading: a written answer to one astrological question, interpreted through your birth chart.
- Your Unique Sun, Moon and Rising Reading: a personalized interpretation of your Sun, Moon and Rising signs and how they work together.
- Personalized Birth Chart Reading: an in-depth written interpretation of your natal chart, including major aspects and relevant placements.
Each reading is delivered as a PDF document by email. No calls, video sessions, follow-up consultations or appointments are included unless expressly stated on the product page.
3. How an order works
To place an order, select your reading, provide the required information and complete the payment at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
If we are unable to prepare your reading, for example because the information provided is insufficient or the question falls outside the scope of the selected service, we will contact you. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Readings are available in limited numbers. The expected delivery date is displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes or additional charges, is shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion fees outside our control.
5. Delivery
The reading is sent to the email address used for the order within the delivery time shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for checking your spam folder. If, for reasons on our side, delivery is delayed by more than 15 calendar days beyond the date shown, you may cancel and receive a full refund, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Your birth data
The accuracy of your reading depends on the information you provide. Please check your birth details carefully before completing your purchase.
Your exact birth time is required for the Sun, Moon and Rising Reading. If you do not know your birth time, you may still order a One Question Astrology Reading or a Personalized Birth Chart Reading, with the understanding that certain astrological elements may not be available or reliably interpreted.
Once your order has been placed, the information submitted cannot be changed. Readings prepared using incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer cannot be rewritten or refunded on that basis, except where required by applicable law.
7. Nature of the readings
Astrology readings are an interpretive tool for reflection and self-knowledge. They do not predict events with certainty, they do not guarantee any result and they are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. See our Disclaimer.
8. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. At checkout you ask us to start your reading immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the reading has been performed.
9. Use of your reading
Your reading is prepared exclusively for you and is intended for personal, non-commercial use. All intellectual property rights in the reading remain with Born Under Saturn and/or the respective rights holders. You may save, print and retain your reading for personal use. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, resell or use it for commercial purposes, including training artificial intelligence systems, without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.
10. Liability
We prepare every reading with care and reasonable skill. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for personal decisions made on the basis of an astrological reading. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, or limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
11. Complaints and payment disputes
If something is not right with your order, please contact [email protected], including your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 10 working days and will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter directly with you. We encourage you to contact us before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to address your concern. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights or your right to seek other available remedies.
12. Applicable law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malta. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, nor of your right to bring proceedings there where the law allows.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Any changes will apply to future orders only. The version in force when you place your order will continue to govern that purchase.
